What is the delivery policy?
We make our deliveries through contracted carriers or the Post Office, depending on the location and the chosen shipping method.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.* Exceptionally, for Express Shipping, the delivery time may be extended until 8:00 PM.
The goods can be received by third parties, such as building doormen and family members, provided they have photo identification and sign the merchandise receipt.
Shipping companies will attempt delivery up to three times, on different days and at different times. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center. To request a reshipment, you must contact our Customer Service Center via email.
Upon receiving your order, please check that the box is in perfect condition and that the invoice is in your name. If the invoice is not in your name, or the box is damaged, refuse delivery immediately and contact the REFLY BAGS Customer Service team.
*Some regions have restrictions on home delivery. If your region is one of these, your order will be held for pickup at a post office branch to be determined by the postal service.
You can track your delivery using the tracking information available on our website, by accessing the "My Account" option.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for products varies depending on the location, the chosen payment method, and the availability of the purchased product.
To calculate the product delivery time, simply enter your zip code in the "Calculate shipping" field and click the button next to it. The delivery time and cost will then be displayed.
When purchasing a "made-to-order" product, the delivery time will be counted from the moment the product is ready. Check the product development time on the purchase page.
It is important to note that the delivery time for your order is calculated from the moment it is approved by the financial institution and our store, after the validation of your registration information.
