Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours after purchase, or 7 days after receiving the product.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email ([email protected]) with the subject line CANCELLATION ORDER # (please include your order number). Our analysts will assist you to verify the possibility of cancellation and the best way to process your refund.
The prices paid for shipping, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.
Methods for receiving refunds for purchased products:
- Credit card: The refund can be issued as credit to your account on the website for a new purchase, or as a chargeback. Please note that credit card companies have a processing time of 30 to 60 days for the chargeback to appear on your statement.
- PIX: The refund will be credited to a checking account within 30 calendar days. Please note that the refund can only be made to a checking account in the name and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) of the purchase holder. We do not issue refunds to savings accounts, salary accounts, or joint accounts.
*Please note that once the invoice has been issued by our distribution center, it is not possible to cancel any order. If you still wish to cancel, you must contact our customer service team via email as soon as you receive the order, indicating your preferred refund option.
