What is the deadline for requesting a refund?
The deadline for the customer to contact us requesting a product return due to dissatisfaction is up to 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery.
The customer must contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of receiving the item and will receive a coupon for the item's value to make a new purchase.
If the purchased product is defective, the customer has up to 90 calendar days after delivery to contact us.
Products returned outside of the specified timeframes will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
Under what conditions can the product be returned?
The original box can be used for shipping, or any box that is compatible with the product size. We suggest wrapping it in brown paper for better protection.
The product must be returned unused and undamaged, always accompanied by the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.
For items that are made to order (backpacks and windbreakers) , the brand reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds .
What is the timeframe for receiving the coupon after the return?
After the product return process is completed in our warehouse, the coupon with the value of the previously purchased item may take up to 15 business days to become available.
